Context
CLARITY
Do we have a clear vision towards where we want to go and is it shared by all
This first question is about clarity.
Increasing clarity helps point a team in the same direction.
COORDINATION
Does our team do the most important next actions, everyday, to move us closer to our vision?
This second question is about coordination.
Effective coordination increases focus, intention and priority.
It’s about doing first things first, consistently, to build compound momentum towards big goals.
When individuals share their daily priorities with each other - it leads to increased coordination and focus.
CONVICTION
Do we have the right mindset, culture and strategy to make our vision a reality in the face of uncertainty?
Are we able to accurately assess the reality of our present situation without distorting things as better or worse?
Are team members able to honestly reflect and improve based on past actions?
These questions spark conversations about what people believe.
Its helps a team refine and renew a set of shared values and principles to guide their culture.
And while a strategy provides direction and focus; it is the organizational culture that makes the vision happen.
At InspireHQ, we discuss an importance of Clarity, Coordination and Conviction for sustained enterprise success.
Clarity helps direction.
